Tommaso Pantaleo Milanese is an Italian footballer, a midfielder for Ascoli on loan from Cremonese. Raised in Roma's youth sector, he made his first team debut in 2020. The following year he was loaned to Alessandria for a season, while in the 2022/23 season he played for Cremonese. After a loan to Venezia for half of the season, in the summer of 2023 he was once again loaned to Ascoli.
Milanese has signed the shirt on the back, making it a unique collector's item.
